Paul A. Temanson

Paul is a native of Killdeer, North Dakota and graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Master of Arts Degree in Humanities and a Law Degree. Paul was a lawyer with North Dakota Legal Services for four years and then started his own law firm.

The Temanson Law Firm is a full service law firm with an emphasis of Social Security Disability Advocacy; Veterans’ Administration Representation; Personal Injury and Accident; Probate; Estate Planning; Native American Law, including BIA Probate; Guardianships; and Elder Law. Paul also represents some North Dakota Cities and Colleges. He is also a Municipal Judge.

Paul is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives; the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates; and the National Lawyers Guild. Paul is licensed to practice in the State of North Dakota; Federal Court in the State of North Dakota and Wisconsin; as well as the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Paul is additionally able to practice before the U.S.

Veterans’ Court of Appeals and the Fort Berthold Tribal Court.

Lynette Anderson, ACP

Lynette is a seasoned paralegal with over 20 years of experience. Since joining in 2002, she has assisted numerous clients in areas such as disability, bankruptcy, estate planning and probate.

Lynette received her Bachelor of Science Degree – Paralegal Program from Moorhead State University. She successfully received her Certified Legal Assistant, as well as Advanced Certified Paralegal Social Security Disability status through the National Association of Legal Assistants in which she is a member. She is also a member of Western Dakota Association of Legal Assistants.


In her spare time, she enjoys attending her 3 sons sporting activities, going to the lake and reading.
